My Process
This tablet application was designed with a focus on adding cosigner functionality to the student loan payment process.
As the CX lead, I worked with product management, producers, content strategists, and user researchers on developing the design.
After existing user research was studied to understand the users, I iterated closely with the product team to design a tablet based experience that was both user friendly and efficient. The emphasis was on a streamlined experience, consistency with tablet patterns, and flexibility.
The effort culminated in a formal usability test. The design performed well by both of the primary users: cosigners and students.
